Welcome to a blog hop to showcase the new dies just released for a slew of Tim Holtz Red Rubber Cling fall and Halloween stamps. Here is my card for the hop, featuring The Scarecrow:
I created my fall-ish sky using Oxide inks, tapped on a bit of white gouache for stars, and stamped my bats directly onto the panel.
Then I cut a piece of Masking Magic to create the simple black hill, and blending on Black Soot Oxide ink to make it nice and dark.
I colored my scarecrow exactly how I did for this video, which I shared the other day.
I love how big that mood is, and how the scarecrow is rising up out of nowhere.
